Funfetti Cake Dip Deliciousness

A few weeks ago I posted about all of the Funfetti recipes floating around and finally got to try one this weekend! I was scared to try one with just Stephen and I to indulge, so I waited until Friday night when we had a tailgate style party to test it out. I made this Funfetti Cake Dip and let me tell you friends, it does not disappoint!

I mean, how fun {pun intended} is this photo from Eat Yourself Skinny?

The best part? It was so easy. This is all you need: {minus the buns in the background}

1 (18.9 oz) box Funfetti cake mix
2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup lite Cool Whip {I used regular this time}
Fat-free animal crackers {I used mini graham crackers}

In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, plain yogurt and Cool Whip until completely combined and you see no more lumps. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill for about 4 hours. Garnish with additional sprinkles if desired and serve with crackers, and enjoy!

We had a ton of this left over and we snacked on it throughout the weekend. I think next time I will split the recipe in half and save the rest of the cake mix for another batch later. My brother {not a big dessert fan} even joked that for his birthday all he wants is a bowl of this with a candle in the middle of it! It is the perfect dish to bring to a dinner party for a quick dessert that everyone will be talking about.

Happy Sweet Tuesday Friends!! xo.

Yum...I would eat way too much of this. I saw some type of chex mix made out of this on Pinterest and saved to look at later. Sounds dangerous to me!

OMG this is perfect for a party - love it. Reminds me of the DUNKAROOS dip - do you remember that stuff?!
