This is how our weekend started Friday morning. My weekend starts Friday morning since I'm at home right now. I mean, what is better than lounging in your robe with a baby sporting the half on/half off onesie? Raise your hand if your baby has done it before....
Both of us got dressed though and we migrated to the couch. Ok, so I feel silly taking pictures of myself sometimes but then I think, I want as many moments as possible captured with this baby of mine, so selfies there will be.
Can't get enough of my boys. We grabbed dinner out on Friday night, it was a nice treat.
Southern staple: pimiento cheese, yes please.
We got fresh strawberries from a family friend this week so I had to make an angel food cake to go with. We opted out of a really sinfully good dessert at the restaurant, and had this at home instead. I've gotta stop acting like I'm still pregnant at some point!
Saturday morning bath time and my girl has to help. Excuse the hot mess appearance on my part!
I have not had a cocktail in almost a year and wanted to try out a mint julep for the Derby since it seemed like the thing to do. My first and last mint julep, I just was not a fan! I only had a few sips. The mint is pretty though and right from my herb garden!
He continues to amaze me. Sweetness.

I can relate to so many things in this post. Hang raise for the half-one half-off onsie and for eating like I'm still pregnant. I have to stop at some point, but am ALWAYS hungry! Looks like a great weekend!
