Bahamas: Part 2

Our last night in the Bahamas we decided to go all out and head back to The Graycliff mentioned in Part One, where we had those delicious drinks in the lounge. I had been here before with my family and wanted Stephen to experience the exceptional food and service, and end the trip with a fabulous dinner.

One of my favorite salads ever!

You know you are somewhere special when you are served sorbet in between courses...mmmm.

And a delicious chocolate lava cake to top it all off.

We stayed in the lounge and listened to the pianist/singer while Stephen smoked a hand rolled cigar, rolled on site minutes before hand.

Then they asked if we wanted a tour of their wine cellar. This is no joke, it is the third largest private cellar in the world. This bottle is from 1900, no big deal.

And this is known as the "million dollar rack" because these bottles sum up to a total value of a million dollars. Crazy?!

I present to you the oldest bottle of wine in the world...seriously?!

A private dining room in the cellar...

Just a $26,000 bottle of Cristal! They told us that Beyonce and Jay Z, Toby Keith, and Lionel Richie had all been recently to dine. I wonder why they passed this one up?!

The morning we left, we took some last minute pictures with our hats that we never got to wear :)

We had a fabulous time and it's hard to believe that we were just getting back to reality a week ago. Even though the weather was less than spectacular, I had an amazing trip getting to spend QT with my husband, relaxed and removed from the day to day real world back at home. If you are with someone that makes you happy, you can't ask for much more!

Hope you enjoyed the recap- thanks for reading along! xo.
