14 Days of Things I Love: Art

As discussed in my post here on gallery walls, I love art. I really enjoy looking at what people choose to decorate their home with in terms of art. I guess you can say I am a little collector- as in I love lots of little pieces of art. They are easy to collect, why not? I do feel the need to have some larger pieces on our walls, which will come in time.

I think this would be darling in a powder room or our own bathroom for that matter. With a little gold frame.

Something has changed with my tastes. I would have never said I enjoy abstract art, but I do now. {gasp!!} I think what I like is that these pieces of art do not fight with a room or other decor. They blend. How gorgeous is the backdrop here with these flowers?

This also blends just as well.

I love fun prints like this. I have loved this room since the second I saw it. This art reminds me of my grandparent's sun room in their house that I grew up visiting.

I will take one of these. And maybe a real version of everything in the picture!

And, I love the birds in this art. I would love a big old pink painting like this in my home!

Are you an art lover like me?

I can't believe I missed yesterday posting of things I love- I shopped with my mom, had lunch with my parents and Stephen, worked out {more on that tough workout later} and then we had dinner plans with friends! Before I knew it, it was time to primp myself and eat. Let's count this one for two, ok? ;)

We are headed out for Mexican to top off our weekend, it's ok if you're jealous! We usually eat in on Sunday nights, but the grocery store didn't sound appealing at 4:00 today. I hope you all have a had a great weekend. xo.

This post is well-timed! I'm seeking a new piece for our living room! There are SO many fabulous options, it's hard to know where to start!

I feel the same way! I wish we lived in the same state so we could do some painting together! And yes, I would gladly take the painting and everything in it (e.g. the Hermes tray). Sounds like a busy but great weekend! xo

I'm a huge art lover. Can you believe while I studied abroad in florence I actually painted nude models the whole semester? Weird! I love your taste. I've been visiting my family in sf this weekend and I'm coming home with two of my gmas paintings. Keep posting on art!!

First of all, doing bathing room is a very sensible option. Now having gotten everything on your record the vital thing that you will need is a strategy of how your bathing room is going to take position. These days shower producers and developers are determined to make bathrooms more individual to the homeowner, some of the styles involved customized bathrooms and vanities. One of the growing styles is bathroom remodels that make a zen kind of experience where well being and pleasure is top issue. petricia
