Shoe Round Up: 25% Off

New season, new shoes...right? I have to say I am loving what is out there for Spring. I love that there are so many cute styles for wedges and for flats, which is basically what makes up my shoe wardrobe for the warm seasons...I just rarely need a heel these days! I tend to pick a neutral shoe over anything else and there are just so many good ones! Lucky for all of us, these are all 25% off until April 7th...aka the perfect time to stock up before summer is here!

shoe roundup 2

A  miller thong is the most classic of all classic TB sandals, you won't regret the investment, plus 25% off! I have a pair of Rebecca Minkoff flip flops from last summer and I loved them. These have been on my radar since then as well. Not usually a gladiator fan but these are daintier and just cute. Lately, espadrilles have been my go-to and I love the chambray.

I cannot decide which of these flats are my favorite, really I just cannot. I meant those cute pom poms? The perfectly designed neutral sandal? And those bows?
Normally, I wouldn't go for that heel height but that demi wedge would be perfect to pair with white jeans. Love both the pretty espadrille and the comfy looking cork wedge.

Which ones are your faves?

Piperlime Shoe Steals {Under $40}

View this as a PSA or just me being on my computer too much last night trying to knock out some online shopping/get ready for tomorrow's gift guide link up...but y'all...these shoes! They are practically giving them away, all of them are on sale for under $40, most of them about $30. And, most of them are normally priced well over $100. That is insane! I know I am still missing some shoes in my wardrobe because I tend to look and hesitate to buy. But it's hard not to at these prices. With the holidays ahead, I needed some pep in my step. Enjoy!

{Also available in black and silver!}

{Also available in red, silver, blush and black!}

On top of these amazing, complete steals...there are also some majorly discounted higher end shoes, like these Loeffler Randall pretties.

Dear Gap.

Please make these boots in my size.

Seriously, the cutest things ever.

If you have a toddler girl, you must buy them. About 100 times cuter in person as well.

The Perfect Pump

Whew, times have been crazy around here. I'm sure I'll get around to an update on things, but for right now I just want to have some retail therapy!

Fast forwarding to fall, I always have a few things in my mind for each season that I would like to purchase. I did splurge on a few things from the Nordstrom sale, which I am still pleased with weeks later- always a good sign. After seeing the classic black pump show up in tons of photos lately, I've decided that I must have a new pair! The kind I am really looking for is seen above, with the wide cut out across the top of the foot. Are you with me?

And, if you want a pair with just a little something more....I love this Valentino-esque pair and this pair for a little flair.

Have you found the perfect pump?

Shoe Party for Monday

A few months ago, I joined a site called Sole Society after hearing some great reviews on gorgeous shoes. It kind of slipped to the back of my mind and long list of emails I receive on the daily from all my favorite sites. Yesterday, I got an email from them listing their best sellers were back in stock.
Hello, where have I been? These were some seriously cute shoes!!!

Lately, I have been thinking I need to spice up my shoes for winter, when I need a little extra pep in my step for those nights I feel blah. And, with my wardrobe slimming down on options, a fun pair of shoes is just the ticket. I have a few engagement parties coming up and one of these pairs of heels might be making an appearance. I may only be able to wear them a few hours but that is ok!

If you are interested in being a member, here is an invitation from yours truly. With Christmas right around the corner, sticking to good deals is a must for me. They cut out the markup from retailers by working directly with manufacturer partners. Think Vince Camuto and Nordstrom.
Free shipping and returns.

All of these I've shown would be running from $49.95-$69.95!

I know there are a ton of member sites out there and I would not/have not ever posted on anything I don't believe in. I just really was sold on these shoes Sunday evening and I had to share because you are simply awesome and I know you love some good deals too.

Are you a member yet? If so, what is your favorite pair you have purchased?

Happy Monday Y'all!

Bootie Rockin'

Bootie Style

Are you on the bootie train? I so am. The very innocent bootie train, no pun intended. I found all of these via piperlime: one of my very favorite sources for shoes. The pictures are clear and large, and they offer a variety of price points. I had to include a pair of men's Clarks: I think they are the perfect "Saturday Shoe". What do you think hubby?

These are my latest...

Have you ever tried to take a picture of the back of your shoes? That was fun ;)

I would love to own a few more booties, preferably at a fabulous price point. Where are your go-to's? Have a great Thursday y'all...almost, just almost the weekend!
xo.

Recent Finds I Love

Morning everyone! Did everyone have a good weekend? {I know I am a tad late on that question} We headed to Raleigh again and I attended a "Sprinkle" for one of my dear friends, Ashley, expecting her second baby girl. It's hard to get our whole group together so it was exciting to see everyone! How cute was this cupcake? It was definitely as good as it looked!

Saturday I shopped with Mom and I found this World Market "Flower Market" sign. {See similar here, on sale for $12.49!} I loved the flower stands on corners when I was in Europe, and this is just a little reminder of those. Seriously, why do we not have fresh flower stands on street corners here? I would visit almost every day.

This is a wall in our hallway that leads from the front of the house to the back. It's a gallery wall in progress and needs a fresh coat of paint- for sure.

The sunburst mirror was a DIY that I did last fall...

Yesterday, after reading A Creative Day, I hopped on over to Lands End to check out their sale items. I haven't owned anything from Lands End since probably my backpack in 4th grade, so I was pleasantly surprised. I scored these adorable shoes for around $20, originally $88! I am looking forward to a comfy shoe for fall. Everything is additional 30% off, ending today. Hurry on ladies!

I also picked up this shirt in Cozumel Blue for the hubs. He is pretty picky and usually likes a select few brands, so this is a trial run. For less than $20, it is worth a shot! My grand total for the two, with tax and free shipping was $38. Unreal.

I found some fabric that I love for the dining room pillows on the chairs with arms {currently being held hostage at the upholsterer}. If you missed my post on the dining room status, see here and here. I wanted to incorporate blue or navy to match our Tobacco Leaf salad plates. What do you think?

Found anything that you love lately? Have a great Tuesday! xoxo.

Christmas Wardrobe Wish List

I have been trying to come up with a few things for my Christmas list for the husband, and it looks like most of the things I am loving will be great transitional pieces into Spring and perfect for the mild weather we have had so far.
I can't help it, and yes...I do I realize we have not even started winter yet!

I am loving Splendid's new resort collection that I saw on Nordstrom.
Anything stripes is so much fun right now, and I love all of the colors!
Saw this top last night and loved it. It also comes in black, pink and green. Lace is one of my favorite trends right now and this works for daytime. I love the white paired with bright cobalt!
I saw these ballet flats a few nights ago and I can't get them off my mind. Love winter white.
They are precious and would be great transitioning into Spring!

And Dixie requested this little number to keep her warm on our walks, but I don't think the husband  has sprung for it yet. It sure is cute though!
There are also some really non-glamorous things I am asking for this year. There are so many things I want to do to our house and I actually asked Stephen yesterday if it seemed crazy to ask for a gift card to our local Benjamin Moore paint store.......seriously! I have a big to do list for 2012 and gift cards for these projects are much appreciated to make them easy on the wallet.

What is on your Christmas list this year? I am so happy to have made some headway on my shopping list in the last couple of days, what a sigh of relief! Hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday!
xoxo.

Birthday Wish List

Wow, I cannot believe it is already the second week of November! Since it is my birthday month, I wanted to share my lust list at the moment. This year for my birthday, I am asking for only "practical" things- like shoes, clothes, accessories for the home, and money towards a new sofa. Very practical, right? Things I will use EVERY day! No more jewelry for me this year! Here's the list.

Frye Boots
a new watch is practical, right?

New end table for the sofa

Tie Neck Blouse

I'm sure there will be more to come (just being honest!)....
Sweet hubby- those are actual links you can follow through to ;)

Black or Tan?

Found these Rachel Roy shoes and love them, love the price even more! I love the cute bow and the crystal embellishment. I think I need a new pair of black ballet flats but in this case I think I love the tan. Black or Tan? Tan or Black?

Rachel Roy is also having a sale today on full price items, 30% off. I looked at these last night and this was not mentioned. Decision time! Tan or Black!?
