Healthy Snacking

I'm always up for a snack and I tried these out this past weekend, a healthy yet sweet and tasty treat!

I found the recipe for Blueberries dipped in Greek Yogurt on pinterest, found here. And that is literally what you do, dip each blueberry with a toothpick into honey Greek yogurt and freeze! {Freeze first on a cookie sheet, then transfer to storage} An added bonus for the Greek yogurt- a little bit of protein in each bite.

I separated mine into three separate baggies for snacks to take to work {keep in the freezer!} and one resealable container for when we are at home and want a bite size treat.

It doesn't get much easier than that for a healthy snack. Note: they do melt fairly quick {think 5 minutes or so} and they are meant to be eaten right out of the freezer.
What are your tips for a twist on fresh healthy snacks?

xoxo.

These are RIGHT up my alley. I snack on frozen blueberries every night and eat greek yogurt every morning. It would be delish to combine them both into a lil snack!
